Today, we offered an optional pre-proposal conference for vendors interested in our Web Redesign RFP. In total, 11 companies were represented. All of the RFP Committee members were present - meaning there weren't many empty chairs in the Procurement Conference Room!
Now we wait. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 22, 2007.

Are you going to post pre-proposal conference notes on eVA for those that could not attend?
You'll need to contact the W&M Procurement Office for any and all questions about the RFP.
